Optional services, such as receiving SMS messages, may require additional information, such as your mobile device number. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and we are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your username and password, with or without your knowledge. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account access at any time, for any reason. Your account is for personal use only.
On the Platforms, you can engage in various esoteric-related activities at your own risk. By using the Platforms, you acknowledge that we, as the operators, are not responsible for any information received during these activities. Any response, message, information, or reference received on the Platforms does not constitute a promise, offer, binding advice, especially regarding financial matters. All received information is for entertainment purposes, and its use is at your own risk.
The features available on the Platforms are free, but some features are only available for a fee. You can use "Spiri Points" to pay for fee-based features. Your freely usable Spiri Points form your "Spiri Balance." You can top up your Spiri Balance with a credit card payment. By using the site, you acknowledge that the operator may use subcontractors for the sale of Spiri Points. Upon a successful purchase, subcontractors are required to issue an electronic payment receipt, which will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
All content found on the Platforms, including personalized horoscopes, astrological, tarot, or numerological reports, as well as other texts, graphics, designs, logos, icons, presentations, videos, data, instructions, photos, and software (the "Content"), are the property of the Operator or its licensors. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The trademarks and service marks used by the Operator are the trademarks of the Operator. Third-party trademarks displayed on the Platforms are the property of their respective owners. Using any trademarks on the Platforms without our (or their owner's) express written permission is strictly prohibited.
By complying with these Terms, you may access the Platforms and Content for non-commercial purposes. Downloading, printing, copying, distributing, or otherwise using the Content for commercial purposes, including commercial publishing, selling, or personal profit, is expressly prohibited.
By accepting these Terms, you understand that the Platforms are for entertainment purposes only. The Platforms must be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and these Terms. Regarding content you submit to the Operator or post through the Platforms (such as interactions with the Operator, including comments, feedback, testimonials, images, videos, and other content ("User Content")), you grant the Operator a license to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivatives of, and sublicense the User Content, in whole or in part, in any medium now known or hereafter developed for any purpose without further payment to you. You acknowledge and agree that the User Content is not confidential. By posting or distributing User Content, you understand that others may freely copy and distribute it without further permission from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that your User Content and activities on the Platforms do not violate these Terms or any third-party rights, including third-party intellectual property rights and privacy rights. You are solely responsible for the content of your User Content and its accuracy, completeness, and legality. You must not submit or make available any content that was obtained in whole or in part in violation of intellectual property rights or for which you do not have the necessary rights. You must not submit or make available any content that is offensive, violent, threatening, harassing, vulgar, obscene, incites racial, religious, or ethnic hatred, violates others' personal rights, or is otherwise unlawful. You must not submit or make available any content that contains viruses or other harmful software or that may harm, disrupt, or make the Platforms inaccessible to other users. The Operator reserves the right to deny access to the Platforms or Operator's services, or to remove or modify User Content at any time for any reason, especially if we believe it violates these Terms or others' rights, or causes harm to us or third parties.
